worst thing to ever happen to me

The lives of the people around me, the ones that i love and care about, are in pain and chaos.  Broken thirteen year long relationships, broken marriages, divorce, unwanted pregnancies, cancer....

and this is the worst thing in my life right now:

I'm such an asshole.

I feel guilty.  and worried that my turn for tragedy is coming.  

12.10.19 update:

annnnnd, the problem just went away. I'm the worst. 

12.11.19: annnd its back, why is my life so hard.
